5 Exercises For Bicep Workout

GO FOR 4-5 SETS FOR 14-6 REPS IN EACH EXERCISE FOR GREAT RESULT IN  MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT

        BARBELL CURL

 

THIS IS MY FAVOURITE EXERCISE IN THE ” 5 EXERCISES FOR BICEP WORKOUT ”. AS I SAID IN MY PREVIOUS POST THAT BARBELL IS KING AND DUMBBELLS ARE QUEEN. BARBELL IS MORE EFFECTIVE THAN DUMBBELLS, BARBELL CURL IS ONE OF THE BEST EXERCISE FOR BICEPS GAIN. BUT THIS EXERCISE WILL BE EFFECTIVE ONLY IF DONE CORRECTLY.

MANY NEW FOLKS DO A MISTAKE, THEY GO FOR HEAVY WEIGHT AND LOOSE THEIR MOMENTUM, WHILE MOVING BARBELL THEIR FULL BODY MOVES.

I SUGGEST YOU TO START YOUR BICEP WORKOUT WITH BARBELL CURL

 

     INCLINE DUMBELL CURL

 

THIS EXERCISE MUST BE A PART OF YOUR BICEP WORKOUT, BECAUSE OF NO BODY MOVEMENT THIS EXERCISE GIVE MAXIMUM TENSION ON BICEPS MUSCLES BELLY. BUT YOU CAN’T GO HEAVY ON THIS EXERCISE BUT STILL IT GIVES A GREAT RESULT.

PLACE THIS EXERCISE IN  2nd or 3rd  PLACE IN YOUR BICEP WORKOUT.

 

     CONCENTRATION CURL

 

PROBABLY THE BEST EXERCISE FOR PEAK GROWTH, THIS EXERCISE WILL GIVE MORE PRODUCTIVE RESULT IF DONE IN LAST AS A FINISHER. GO FOR LIGHT WEIGHT BUT DO AS MANY REPETITIONS AS YOU CAN.

I SUGGEST YOU TO PERFORM THIS EXERCISE AT THE END OF YOUR BICEP WORKOUT.

 

      HAMMER CURL

 

EASY BUT EFFECTIVE EXERCISE. IT WORKS THE BICEPS, BRACHIALIS AND FOREARMS.MOSTLY PEOPLE GO FOR HEAVY DUMBELLS BECAUSE OF WHICH THEY LOOSE THEIR MOMENTUM AND EXERCISE GOES WRONG.

I SUGGEST YOU TO GO LIGHT BUT IN A CONTROLLED MANNER FOR THE PRODUCTIVE RESULTS.

DO IT ANYWHERE FROM THE MIDDLE TO THE END OF YOUR BICEP WORKOUT.

 

 

     ALTERNATE DUMBELL CURL

 

ALTERNATE DUMBELL CURL IS QUITE SIMILAR TO BARBELL CURL AND HAMMER CURL, IT WILL WORK ON FOREARMS AND BICEPS. BUT THE GOOD THING IS THIS EXERCISE IS UNILATERAL BECAUSE OF YOU DON’T NEED TO FOCUS ON BOTH BICEPS AT THE SAME TIME. DON’T GO HEAVY AND LOOSE YOUR MOMENTUM, WHILE MOVING DUMBELLS DON’T MOVE YOUR WHOLE BODY. I SUGGEST YOU TO GO FOR LIGHT WEIGHT AND PERFORM IN GOOD CONTROLLED MANNER .

DO IT ANYWHERE FROM THE MIDDLE TO THE END OF YOUR BICEP WORKOUT.
